The challenge
Stand up a complete EV charging network: the central system, the operator dashboard and the driver apps, from nothing, in under six months.
Our approach
Delivery was led by Mohammed Bajarsh, now on the EZ Tech team, as executive and project manager. The work was split into five repositories with clear interfaces, so the central system, the portals and the apps could move in parallel.
What we built
A central charging system in Go speaking OCPP 1.6 and 2.0.1, an operator dashboard across two portals, two Flutter driver apps sharing one codebase, Stripe billing, and OCPI roaming so drivers can use third-party charge points.
The result
The platform is live in production with near-zero error rates, and runs the network that Fully Charged took to acquisition by IHC.
