Who we are
This site is operated by EZ Tech, the technology pillar of EZ Business, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What the site is for
The site describes our services and products and lets you send us a project brief, a demo request or a message. Nothing on the site is an offer. Scope, price and timeline for any work are agreed in a written proposal and agreement, which take precedence over anything published here.
Your submissions
When you send us a brief or a message, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We treat what you send as confidential and use it only to respond to you, as described in our privacy notice.
Content and trademarks
The text, design and code of the site belong to EZ Tech or its licensors. Client and partner names and logos belong to their owners and appear with their permission; they do not imply endorsement of anyone else. You may link to the site, but you may not copy its content for commercial use without our written consent.
Third-party sites and products
The site links to products and partner platforms that have their own terms. We are not responsible for the content or availability of sites we do not run.
No warranty for the site itself
We keep the site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, and it does not apply to work delivered under a signed agreement, which carries its own warranties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai. We may update them from time to time; the date above shows the current version.
