The challenge
Design and scale a subscription-commerce platform from the ground up, and build the engineering team to run it.
Our approach
Mohammed Bajarsh, now on the EZ Tech team, co-founded Kopii.ae and served as its CTO. He set the architecture, hired and led six engineers, and put security checks inside the release pipeline from the start.
What we built
Ten services on Kubernetes (Node.js, Flutter, React), Stripe subscription billing with automated credit provisioning, single sign-on with Keycloak, and a DevSecOps pipeline on Jenkins, Docker and Snyk.
The result
A resilient platform handling millions of requests a day, run by a team of six, with release cycles cut from two weeks to hours.
